- Do you sell retail?
- No — B2B wholesale / OEM only, no online retail checkout.
- What is the MOQ, lead time, packaging, sampling or shipping terms?

- Can sizes be made in inches, and what OEM / brand / packaging options are available?
- This site lists metric sizes. Please state in your inquiry the inch sizes and brand / packaging needs you require; confirmed in written quotation.
- What load-bearing test reports or certifications are available?
- Before test reports and certificates are received and verified, this site does not publish load-bearing or certification claims. For a specific order, please state in your inquiry what documents you need; what can be provided will be confirmed in written quotation.
- Are your grab bars ADA-certified?
- No certification claim is made here. ADA general information only: ADA grab bar diameter is generally 1¼–2″ (31.75–50.8 mm). Both 35 mm and 32 mm fall in that diameter range.
- Do you hold stock in the US?
- No US warehousing or retail stock availability is promised on this site. Shipment terms are confirmed in written quotation.
- How do I start?
